At Auregui, we carefully inspect every order before dispatch. Please read our policy before making a purchase.

• We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for your return or exchanges request to be reviewed once the items is received.
• we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy conditions.
